Research interest include R&D in semiconductor radiation detectors and instrumentation based on them for dosimetry , microdosimetry and nanodosimetry in radiation therapy (LINAC IMRT, VMAT, Tomotherapy, SRS , proton therapy, synchrotron radiation (MRT)), imaging and space applications. Monte Carlo simulations (dosimetry, detectors, imaging).
Published more than 180 papers in peer review international journals in the field of radiation detection, dosimetry, inventor-15 patents in radiation detection. Licensing to industry.
